I'm finally on spring break and enjoying spending some time with my hubby as well as the warm fl sunshine. Yesterday we spent most of the afternoon doing a track workout at UWF and finished with a long, challenging swim workout at the pool. My least favorite: 500 repeats. Yuck!
Today was a long recovery run on Navarre beach and napping/studying neuro for the remainder of the afternoon. To finish and refuel, Scott and I cooked our favorite Polynesian Pineapple Chicken :) Yum yum!
I'm so thankful that Scott has some time off before helicopters and that we can spend this time together. Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. And yes I was very tempted to go over those hurdles.
