fantabulous 4th

My 4th was spent at my home away from home in Pcola Florida with my husband Scott. It was an adventurous weekend as always. Some of the highlights include:

My first three mile run in 4 months and my new pink newton visor ! (again thanx to my awesome husband)

teryaki pineapple burgers Florida style (this is scott's plate lol)

kayaking and fireworks on the rough seas

It was a fabulous weekend and way too short. Now I'm back to my crazy clinical hours serving my free labor time. I'm looking forward to Friday as I have my 4 month pelvis x-rays. Should be interesting to see how my lovely pieces of hardware have moved since I started running.
