Team Rev3

Well my friends, it is finally official: I've been accepted for Team Rev3 for 2012! I feel so amazingly, blessed! After seeing what Rev3 was all about at Rev3 Cedar Point this year, I knew I really really wanted to be apart of what Rev3 had to offer.

With that said, I'm definitely going to be doing a ton of Rev3 events this year. If you haven't tried one yet, you definitely missing out. Call me biased, but I'm convinced Rev3 is clearly setting the standard for how triathlons are managed. Check it out for yourself in 2012 :)

Anyway please excuse my absence of the past week... After my workouts last Saturday, I came down with the cold from hell. It was severe enough to force me to take off work and to put pretty much all workouts on hold for the week. This weekend I played it smart and opted for lots of R&R and a liquid vitamix diet. Yum!

Thankfully the exciting news made this girl feel a whole lot better! Now if only my man voice will go away....

I totally feel ya on the man voice - I’m getting over some nasty bronchitis and I sound like a man....or a smoker...or both. haha
