Freshies and Cougars

So so far so good in Salt Lake City... I'm happy to say after 2 days of shredding fresh powda, I'm having a blast. There is plenty of "freshies" aka fresh snow to go around.

Heidi's paradise
Angela making fresh tracks after hiking up 9990'
After a few tumbles in powda...ooops
The worst thing that's happened to me thus far is this...
(something i discovered 5 miles into my long run and my sister simply failed to mention)
I was on the lookout..... but luckily no mr. cougar sitings this time. (Btw we are talking about felines here NOT middle aged women)
Hope everyone is having a great week! My SLC ventures are coming to a close and I'm headed south to New Orleans. Much more to come!

  2. I thought by cougar you meant older women hitting on younger men. Have fun! And be safe.

  6. It's generally not a good idea for a woman to have their picture taken beside a sign about cougars :P

  7. The mountains and unblemished snow look amazing.

I would have screamed at my sister for not telling me that I could be a snack by afternoon.

  10. I'm glad you are having a blast and enjoying your redemption on the mountain. It's funny we have coyote/mtn lion/rattle snake warnings around us year round and I swear it makes you run/bike just a little bit faster haha.
